Absolutely massive and breathtaking vintage cabinet photograph of Abraham Lincoln from the end of his presidency and taken shortly before his assassination. This is among the largest cabinet photographs we have ever seen in any form, and the photo is an incredible display piece that must have been hanging in a courtroom or government building. While the image itself is a print, the display has the look and feel of a vintage photograph and would be an incredible conversation piece in any home or office! We can not concretely date the piece, but it is absolutely vintage to the 19th century with our guess being c. 1890's. There is some chipping at the edges from handling over the years, due to it's massive size, as well as a small spot of damage above his head, but overall it looks nice.
