Crystal clear and large c. 1905 studio photograph of Baseball Hall of Famer Rube Waddell. At the time the image was taken, Rube was on top of the Baseball World and this image captures him at the pinnacle of life, young and optimistic about the future! Issued in large form (and not on the cabinet) to a newspaper, this is a silver gelatin image in essentially perfect condition. Photo is so clear that the stitching on his suit coat can easily be seen by the naked eye. Quite possibly the best photograph of Rube Waddell ever taken!
