After the end of the 1922 season, the legendary slugger Babe Ruth of the Yankees took to the road to blow off the steam of losing another World Series and also to make some additional money to cover his increasingly lavish lifestyle. Pictured here in full uniform and wearing his team warm-up sweater, Ruth is accompanied by teammate Bob Meusel at Sleepy Eye, Minnesota for an exhibition game. An incredible uncatalogued baseball card that we have never seen in any form, this is a fantastic image in pretty nice shape overall with some adhesive residue on the top and bottom border and it has a fresh back, not used by the post office. This is one of the finest Ruth postcards in the hobby!
