c. 1948 Posed photograph of the hitting stars of the St. Louis Cardinals Stan Musial and Enos Slaughter together at the ball park. Issued by Acme and stamped on the back, this pre-dates 1951 based on the uniforms and back stamp combination and we feel it was taken around 1948 based on the players age and uniforms. One of the better post-war images of Musial we have offered in some time.
