Lot Description  

1927 Portrait photo of Fred Frankhouse from the St. Louis Cardinals. Awesome image wearing the rare "1926 World Champions" jersey and posing for the camera. Photo has a couple small pinholes and some creasing at the top but it presents well with a fantastic look at the jersey! Photo also bears the stamp on the back of the photographer who had been taking baseball images in St. Louis before Charles Conlon, G.E. Palfrey.
