Arthur "Happy" Felsch was perhaps the biggest baseball fan in the world and he proved it every year as he would become the first in line for tickets to the World Series, regardless of the venue. Here he was from early in his reign, first in line outside the ballpark in Cincinnati and camped out for tickets to the series between the Reds and Tigers. Issued by the International News and in nice shape overall with a full paper caption on the back. Images of him in line are collected by fans and this is one of his earliest out there.
