Arthur "Happy" Felsch was perhaps the biggest baseball fan in the world and he proved it every year as he would become the first in line for tickets to the World Series, regardless of the venue. Here he was at it again, first in line outside Sportsman's Park in St. Louis and camped out for tickets to the series between the Browns and Cardinals. Issued by the International News and in nice shape overall with a full paper caption on the back.
