1934 Large portrait photograph of the most famous gangster of the era, John Dillinger. Public Enemy Number One, he is seen here in a classic portrait photo that has been reproduced a million times with this being a vintage original! Some creasing throughout from years of news-room handling are present but the fact this is one of the few vintage examples known in the hobby more than makes up for this! Stamped on the back by the International News, this has a 1942 file mark from after it was filed but the stamp indicates this is a vintage example from about 1940!
