1934 Photograph taken shortly after the night raid on the Little Bohemia resort in which Federal Agents opened fire on John Dillinger and his gang in an attempt to kill or capture the outlaw. The raid was a disaster in which Dillinger escaped and innocent lives were lost, only adding to the allure of the most wanted outlaw in America. here Federal Agents locate the escape car used in the raid in Chicago, but were no closer to capturing Dillinger and his gang. A nearly perfect example issued by the International News and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well. A really cool piece of gangster memorabilia!
