1930's Double weight photograph of famous photographer Carl Van Vechten as he chats with pioneer actress Ethel Waters. Taken in the studio of Van Vechten, this is embossed on the corner and it is a tremendous image in great shape. This is one of the only images of Van Vechten himself that we have ever seen and it is being offered here for the first time ever from the photographers estate.
