Lot Description  

1915 Head to toe photograph of Vice Admiral Wei Han who was coming from America to pioneer the Chinese submarine development on the eve of WWI. Stamped on the back by Underwood and Underwood and with a full paper caption as well, this is one of his only images we have ever seen in the industry.
