1968 Important photograph of Robert Kennedy in the hands of Juan Romero after being mortally wounded in a lobby of the Ambassador Hotel. The photo was taken by Boris Yaro of the Los Angeles Times and is one of the most powerful photographs of the era. The offered image is large and in great shape. Issued in 1975 as part of a retrospective, this fits to the outer limits of our system for a Vintage 1 example, but PSA will it a Type 2 (this exact example was in a Type 2 holder and removed by the buyer in May 2024). Off the original negative and in great shape, this is an incredible piece of American history.
