One of the most enduring images of the 20th century is the "Oath of Office Aboard Air Force One" showing Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson being sworn into his new office with Jackie Kennedy looking on only moments after her husband was assassinated. The offered image is in fine condition and was issued directly after the event took place, date stamped on the back. A clear and bold original from the United Artists and stamped on the back with the paper caption glued on as well, this has been encapsulated by PSA as well (Type 3). This is one of the best examples of this image we have ever offered.
