1932 Vintage photograph of the famous USS Indianapolis at the height of it's power. In 1945 it was sunk during WWII with the 890 sailors sent into the ocean having to watch while sharks ate most of them one by one in what is one of the most horrific events of WWII. A poignant t piece of military history that is among the best of the ship ever taken.
