1932 Large head to toe photograph of Hall of Famer Burleigh Grimes as he shows a photographer how he applies the wet stuff to his famous "spitter." A tremendous image in great shape, this is the only example of this image we have ever seen and it is stamped on the back with the date. This is the photo used to make his 1933 Tattoo Orbit baseball card and it is the only example we have ever seen in the industry.
