1912 Vintage action photograph of tough St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Famer Roger Bresnahan in uniform. This is crystal clear and bold and is from the archives of Underwood and Underwood and offered here for the first time ever. This size and format of photographs from the Underwood archive were thought to have been done right after WWI (1919-1921) as contact prints to create albums in their showroom for people to view and purchase prints. PSA likely would call this a c. 1920 restrike (Type 2) but it fits within our range for a Vintage 1 example. There is some light creasing from editorial use but it presents very well overall.
