Famous 1891 sweeping photograph of a baseball game in progress at the old Polo Grounds. The photo captures Coogan's Bluff, the grandstands packed with people, the game in progress, and even carriages allowed right onto the field where nobody could ever hit a ball in the days before home runs. A tremendous piece of vintage photography, this is encapsulated by PSA as a Type 2 example from the 1930's but it still has about a hundred years of age to it and crystal clarity! The condition is outstanding!
