1952 Dated vintage photograph of the three star outfielders of the New York Yankees posing with their bats on the eve of the World Series. Led by young star Mickey Mantle at center, the image also captures Hank Bauer and Gene Woodling. Issued by the Associated Press and stamped on the back with a large paper caption as well. The photo has some creasing at the corners from editorial use but overall it is one of the best early images of Mantle we have handled.
