1948 Large photograph of a sick and frail Babe Ruth taking his spot in the batters box at Yankee Stadium and posing for photographers along with former teammate Bill Dickey. The photo has some light creasing on the right side but it presents pretty well with the original wire caption on the front. Taken on the same day that Ruth would be photographed "Bowing Out" by Nat Fein, this is a rare piece of photography that we have only seen a few times.
