1947 Rare, almost paparazzi style photograph of Babe Ruth leaving a New York hospital after an illness. While it was hoped he would recover, Ruth was beyond help and would not live but another year after this photo was taken. From the Associated Press and stamped on the back with a paper caption as well, the photo is in nice shape overall.
