1946 Great vintage photograph of Babe Ruth putting on his famous Home Run King Crown for the last time as he cut the cake to celebrate his 51st birthday in New York. Ruth had to think he had a long life ahead but sadly he would be gone in two years! A great shot of a priceless piece of memorabilia as well, this is from the Associated Press and stamped on the back with a paper caption as well.
