Original 1922 photograph of the great Harry Houdini hanging upside down in a straight jacket preforming one of his famous escape tricks for a massive crowd in New York City. The photo has the look and feel of a 1922 original but PSA has encapsulated this as a 1930's restrike (Type 2) making this an early image that is very close to our range for a Vintage 1 example for a fraction of the price. The condition and quality are both outstanding.
