1947 Ringside action photograph of Joe Louis and his challenger, Jersey Joe Walcott, as they battled in the ring at Madison Square Garden. A bold image in great shape, this is a rarity that we have never seen before and shows Louis on the attack in one of the most controversial fights of all time. Even Louis thought he had lost, but he got the decision and retained his title. A rare piece of boxing history in nice shape, issued by Acme and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well.
