Lot Description  

1910 Sweeping vintage action photograph of Jack Johnson and James Jeffries as they battled for the Heavyweight Championship of the World and grappled in front of the referee. A stunning image in great shape, this is the work of the famous Percy Dana photo studio of San Francisco. Encapsulated by PSA as a Type 1, this is one of the better images from the fight we have ever seen and the condition is nice with note to just a bit of corner wear and a light crease on the upper left corner.
