Lot Description  

Dated May 1971 vintage action photograph of young Thurman Munson from the New York Yankees as he battled against the Minnesota Twins. Stamped on the back by famous photographer Louis Requena and in great shape, this is being offered here for the firs time ever from the archives of the Sporting News. One of Munson's best early action photographs we have ever offered and by a famous photographer to boot!
