1948 Iconic portrait photograph of Satchel Paige, posing in his Cleveland Indians uniform shortly after joining the team out of the Negro Leagues Large and beautiful, this is the only uncropped version of this Paul Tepley photograph developed in a dark room we have ever seen. Despite being a more recent restrike from about the 1980's, this is the only dark room example of this photograph we have ever seen in any form! A piece of baseball art that is among the most famous images of a ballplayer ever taken!
