c. 1937 Large and beautiful aerial photograph of New York Yankees superstar Lou Gehrig as he watches the flight of his ball as it sails away. A stunning image in great shape, this was issued by the International News about 1940-1942 which fits well within our range for a Vintage 1 example but might be a year or two too late for a PSA Type 1. This is one of his greatest images we have ever handled and the first of this exact pose!
