1920 Rare vintage photograph of actress and model Lillian Russell, the most famous woman of the 19th century, as she appeared on the campaign trail with Senator Warren G. Harding in his run for the presidency. A rare melding of popular culture and politics before it was normal, this is the only image of the pair we have ever seen. Stamped on the back by a division of the International News and in decent shape with some editorial tracing and pinholes at the corners from newspaper use.
