c. 1918 Large Hartsook studio photograph of actor and director J. Warren Kerrigan and taken at the height of his fame. He was one of the top actors just before WWI but made some controversial comments about the war which caused his popularity to wane. He was also gay and lived with his lover, prompting Hollywood to shun him. A rare image of pioneer actor and director, this is his finest image we have ever seen in the hobby.
