1921 Rare portrait photograph of famous pitcher and now manager "Wild" Bill Donovan. He was supposed to turn around the fortunes of the Philadelphia Phillies, but they were pretty bad and he did not make it through the entire season. Images of Donovan in his short stint in Philly are impossible to find with this being the first we have ever seen in twenty years! There is a corner chip as well as a crease at left and some pinholes, but otherwise it presents pretty well.
