1920 Dated and simply incredible artistic close-up of the fielding glove of Tris Speaker in action. He was widely considered the greatest outfielder of his generation and his reputation prompted the photographers at NEA to produce this incredible image similar to others they did of batting grips and batting stances. A large photograph that is also tremendously detailed, this is one of the best images of it's kind we have ever offered and it could easily be hanging in an exclusive gallery or museum with a title like "Baseball as Art, the Study of Poetry in Motion". Simply outstanding and almost certainly unique!
