1919 Large head to toe action photograph of Chicago White Sox manager Kid Gleason and taken right before the famous World Series against the Cincinnati Reds. Issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well. One of his best we have offered that is dated from the famous Black Sox season! The photo has an embossed "File Copy" stamp but this is generally considered a positive attribute by collectors as it shows the provenance of the photo.
