1914 Large and dramatic photograph of young George "Fritz" Maisel of the New York Yankees as he poses at the ballpark in full uniform with his bat. A really great image with exceptional clarity, this is about as good as prewar baseball photography gets with a detailed look at the early uniform crest of the New York Yankees as well. The photo has some handling wear from news room use and painting on the lower right from publication, but it looks stunning!
