1914 Pitching action photograph of Bill Tozer from the San Francisco Seals of the PCL. He is an incredibly rare player to find images of as he played from 1903-1915 including a cup of coffee with the Cincinnati Reds in 1908! A fantastic image in great shape overall with note to some pinholes from editorial use, and offered here for the first time ever! Tozer is also popular as he has many of the prominent Obak and Zeenut baseball cards from the era!
