1925 Large photograph of Hall of Famer Chief Bender as he was reunited with his friend and former deadball era player Hans Lobert. Both men were now coaches, Bender from Navy and Lobert from West Point, as they were set to battle again on the diamond. This is from the International News and mounted to thick board for publication, with the paper caption glued to the back. There are editorial marks and a spot above Benders shoulder that has been colored in from publication but otherwise it presents pretty well.
