1908 Extremely rare portrait photograph of Joe Kelley with the Boston Doves (Braves) and posing in uniform at the ballpark. One of the best players of the 1890's, his career was at the worst time ever for baseball photography, making images of Kelley extremely rare with only a handful known to exist. This is completely vintage and stamped on the back by the Gilliam's Press Syndicate and offered here for the first time ever. Die cut for publication at a newspaper archive but it looks great overall!
