1901 Extremely rare action photograph of Lewis "Snake" Wiltse in uniform with the Philadelphia Athletics from their first year in the new American League. A rare image in pretty nice shape, this has a small border chip and some light creasing from editorial use, but it looks great. This is the only image of Wiltse we have ever seen and it is being offered here for the first time ever. The photo has been affixed to thicker paper which does not allow us to view the back but it is original to about 1901-1909!
