Large c. 1890 photograph of a New York Giants game in progress at the "Old Polo Grounds" in New York and taken from a center field perspective, capturing the fans in horse drawn carriages as well. An incredible image, this is one of the best baseball action photographs ever taken and this is the only vintage specimen (developed in the 1940's) that we have ever seen. This is a slice of American history that is among the best baseball images ever taken!
