Vintage 1925 photograph of the great baseball God "Babe" Ruth as he shows off his athleticism and the large frame that enabled him to launch baseballs into the seats. He was trying to get into shape for a big comeback season and he would indeed defy the odds and have his best years ahead of him. Ruth is looking pretty slender and athletic as his trainer doubles as his sparring partner. A rare photo that we have never seen before, this is from Wide World Photos and stamped on the back. The condition is not bad as a few of the spots that looks like chips to the edges are actually just folded back and this is encapsulated by PSA as a Type 1!
