1917 Vintage photograph of pioneer auto racer Barney Oldfield as he posed in his famous Golden Submarine car. An incredible piece of auto racing history that is stamped on the back by the American Press Association, this is the only image of Oldfield in this famous car we have ever seen! The photo has a rip on the extreme right side and a small crease on the lower left as well, but it presents beautifully and ranks among the best of Oldfield we have ever seen in twenty years!
