1943 Extremely rare photograph of Kansas City Monarchs star Satchel Paige in uniform and taking his turn at bat. A rare photograph that was taken five years before he broke into the big leagues, this is an incredible piece of baseball history that has been encapsulated by PSA (Type 1) and in great shape overall. Paige was almost never photographed batting, making this one of the only examples known to exist!
