1908 Vintage action photograph of New York Giants baseball superstar Mike Donlin as he played in his last season before taking time off to pursue an acting career. The photo is one of the only action photographs of Donlin that exists and it presents pretty well with some wear and chipping to the edges. The photo was used in publication after Donlin announced that he was contemplating a return to the game. This is a unique piece of baseball art that comes with a photocopy of the newspaper article this exact photograph was used to make. A unique piece of both baseball and Hollywood history, this is one of his best images we have ever handled.
