1948 Double weight photograph from inside the funeral services for baseball great Babe Ruth and showing his wife and daughter grieving in the front row. A rare image we have never seen before, this is from a local photographer and is being offered here for the first time ever. The photo has a slight crease on the lower left corner, but otherwise it presents really well. A poignant and thought provoking image!
