Vintage c. 1938 photograph of superstar Lou Gehrig from the New York Yankees fielding a low throw at First Base from Spring Training in Florida. Incredible detailed image and in essentially perfect condition. While it is impossible for anyone to concretely date a photo without any stamps or markings, this appears to be an example that was restruck by the Yankees as a souvenir in the 1960's. The condition and quality are both perfect however, and the image is one of his best out there.
