1937 Horizontal photograph of the famous Nazi airship Hindenburg as it lay on the ground at Lakehurst, New Jersey, it's fate sealed as it is completely engulfed in flames. There would be no more rescues and life saving acts of heroism, this was the moment the flames consumed the ship and nobody that had not already escaped would see the light of day again. The worst aviation disaster of all time, the moment is still an important part of history, despite 85 years passing since it happened. Issued by Acme and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well. Condition and quality are both outstanding.
