c. 1932 Photograph of Babe Ruth in uniform with the Yankees and posing formally against the fence during spring training. Taken near the end of his tenure with the Yankees, this is crystal clear and one of the only examples of Ruth with his wife where he is trying to look tough rather than smiling. Stamped on the back by the International News and in great shape with not et o some clipped corners from artistic use in publication. The clarity of this image is fantastic.
