Don Hankins is one of the toughest players of the 1920's to find images of and this example by Charles Conlon is the only example we know of in the world. A grainy newspaper engraving of this image (probably from the Sporting News where this photograph originates) is the only way we even know what this player looked like, but this is a killer specimen that grades a perfect 10/10. Offered here for the first time ever, this is a piece of Detroit Tigers history!
