1920 Silver gelatin photograph of Walter Mails, star pitcher for the World Champion Cleveland Indians seen wearing the black arm band the team wore after shortstop Ray Chapman was killed. This uniform places this absolutely during the end of the important 1920 season! Condition is pretty nice with a tiny rip on the upper right corner and the photo is stamped on the back by the International News and with a paper caption as well.
