Lot Description  

1914 George Grantham Bain photograph of star catcher Jimmy Archer from the Chicago Cubs. Stamped on the back by George Grantham Bain and dated on the back, this is one of his best we have ever handled. The photo is in nice condition with some editorial artistic enhancements on the front from publication which could be removed. This photo is very similar in many ways to his Cracker Jack baseball card which is a cool touch!
