1925 Was the roughest year in Babe Ruth's career. He was sick and then suspended, only playing in a total of 98 games and not even batting .300. many thought the great "Bambino" was done, but he would rebound like few others before or since to monster seasons starting in 1926. The offered image from Underwood and Underwood is stamped on the back and pictures Babe Ruth's wife and baby Dorothy as they attended opening day to scout out the situation for Ruth as he was ill in a New York hospital! A powerful image from the lowest point in Ruth's career!
